RRC does so much business in our various markets, not only will our vendors open up for us on weekends and after hours, unlike our other competitors, in most cases they will not charge us any opening fee. This means that if you have a walk in freezer compressor go down Friday night at 10:00PM; don’t worry. We can fix it in hours.

11. We have a fast arrival time. Normal arrival times are within 1 to 4 hours. But if you are going t lose product or customers, often times it may be possible for us to arrive in one hour or less.

12. We fix everything in your restaurant. There is no need to call several trades. We fix air conditioning, refrigeration, ice machines, grills, ovens, mixers, fryers, microwave ovens and a whole lot more.

13. Bread and butter. We know where our bread is buttered. We know that in order for you to call us back again, we have to do a good job. 17. We have centralized dispatching. All service calls are dispatched from our home office in San Antonio, Texas. In this way we can control the quality and carefully monitor the arrival time of the technician.

18. Investments in quality. We are the only company within the restaurant repair field that issues wireless internet computers to all our technicians. In this way, our techs can instantly go on the internet and get technical manuals or if they are speaking to technical support, they can receive instant e-mails from manufacturers to get your equipment up and running faster.

19. Merged data base. Each time our techs visit your stores they enter all data on a form which is then sent to the main office in Texas. The date they supply is merged into the master data base overnight and the next morning they have an up dated copy of the new data base. What does this mean to you?

It means that each technician that comes to your store has your entire history of that piece of equipment and all other equipment in your store that we have worked on. And if there is anything missing, our main office can immediately fax anything to him.
