Free Estimates

Will we give you a free estimate? Usually the answer is yes. If we can drive to your location within 30 minutes we can often give you free estimates.

Please understand that at all times there are at least 20 service calls or more waiting for us to get there who are eager to have us work for them and they will immediately pay us for our services. So sometimes we may ask you to wait a day or two for a free estimate because we cannot practically tell a paying customer to wait while we go provide you a free service.

If your place of business is outside the 30 minute drive range, we may charge you something, but in that event, we will always let you know before hand.

Also understand that an estimate is different from a diagnosis. Estimates are when we tell you how much it will cost to get something fixed. A diagnosis is where we tell you what is wrong with the appliance.

Costs or no costs for estimates can vary depending on a number of circumstances. If there is any question, don’t hesitate to give us a call. We will be happy to help you in any way we can over the phone at no cost to you.
