Our computers also allow each technician to have an complete history of all repairs in your restaurant and the complete history of each piece of equipment in your restaurant.
Each time one of our techs does a service call, all the service information is recorded on his computer. That information is sent to a main data base in our home office on the internet so that instantl;y our main data base is updated. Then the updated master data base is then sent to all computers in the system again through the internet at the touch of a button. This means that no matter who comes to fix your equipment, they have the complete history of that piece of equipment and a complete history of every invoice ever written to your store. There is no guessing about what is or is not a recall.
