When it comes to customer service, we want to be the very best. Every service agency likes to think they are the best. We're the same. We think we are the best service agency in San Antonio, Corpus, Austin, McAllen, Dallas and Anchorage; but the truth of the matter is that unless we get feed back from you, the chance always exists that we are not.

If we are great, we sure would like you to tell us about it . If we are not and a technician did something stupid, we need you to tell us about that too.

Everything you say here is confidential. You are probably not going to get anyone fired but as you and I both know; no one is perfect and when mistakes are made, we need to know about it to make the necessary corrections.

If for any reason you are hesitant or really do not want to put anything in writing, just give me a call and either I or the manager of the market where your restaurant is will call you or come by and visit you personally.

Our success is built on the establishment of personal business relationships. If you have any problem or if one of our employees ever treats you with anything but the most amount of courtesy and respect, you can bet your bottom dollar that I want to hear about it, and I want to hear about it yesterday.
